Notification of changes to the accommodation reservation system

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hanamaki Onsen Group Hotel.
In order to improve our services, we changed the accommodation reservation system on our official website on Thursday, April 11th.
[For customers who have already registered] Request to reset login password
Due to the system change, the "member information" registered by Wednesday, April 10, 2024 will be carried over.
In order to protect your personal information, you will need to [reset your password] and [update your account information].
Please change your registered information yourself by following the steps below.

■Password reset procedure (first time logging in)
───────────────────────────
1. On the Hanamaki Onsen official website, click "Check/Change Customer Registration Information" under "Search Room Availability."

②Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
➂ The “Reset Password” screen will open.
Enter the email address you used to make reservations on the official website (old reservation site) and click Send.

④You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password to the email address you entered.

⑤Clicking the link in the email will open the “Update Password” screen.
Enter the password you want to use on the <New accommodation booking website> and click Send.

⑥You will now be able to use the <new accommodation booking site> with the new password you set.

■If you need to correct your membership information───────────────────────────
If you are a member who has not registered the required information, the "Update Account Information" screen will be displayed when you log in for the first time, and you will be prompted to correct the missing information.
Once the corrections are complete, you will be logged in and can resume the operation you were performing before logging in.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[For customers who made reservations under the old system] Confirming, changing, and canceling reservations
If you made a reservation before the system change and would like to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, please log in below.
When logging in, you will need your email address as well as your previous PIN or reservation number .
