We offer warm pure Japanese-style rooms and spacious Western-style rooms. You can enjoy the changing seasons of Michinoku from the windows of all rooms with a view of the mountain. In response to customer needs, we have added Western-style rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people in December 2022.

Please note that this may vary depending on the plan.

You can extend your stay for an additional 30 minutes at ¥1,100 (tax included) per person, or for an additional 1 hour at ¥2,200 (tax included) per person, however, this may not be possible depending on the reservation status.
Q.Do you have a smoking room?

All guest rooms at Hanamaki Onsen Group Hotels (Kashoen, Hotel Senshukaku, Hotel Hanamaki, Hotel Koyokan) are non-smoking, and there are no smoking rooms.
Q.Is the toilet in the room a washlet?
A.
All toilets in the rooms are equipped with a washing function.
Q.Is the bath in the room a hot spring?
A.
The bath in the room is not a hot spring, but has boiling water.
Q.Does it have a refrigerator?
A.
All rooms have empty refrigerators, so you can use them freely. Please note that we ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol, juice, etc. into the dining venue.

We are very sorry, but we cannot accommodate guests in the same room.

Q.Please tell me the hot spring quality and bathing time.

The spring quality of Hotel Senshukaku, Hotel Koyokan, and Hotel Hanamaki is simple hot spring (hypotonic, weakly alkaline, high temperature spring). For overnight guests, bathing hours are from 12:00 noon to 10:00 the next morning at Hotel Senshukaku and Hotel Koyokan, and from 14:00 to 12:00 noon the next day at Hotel Hanamaki.

Q.Can I use a public bath other than the one at the hotel I am staying at?

The three hotels (Hotel Senshukaku, Hotel Koyokan, and Hotel Hanamaki) can be accessed via a connecting passageway, and guests can freely use the three public baths. Please enjoy visiting the hot springs.
