The Nambu Tekki specialty store located at the main entrance carries Iwate's traditional crafts, Nanbu Tekki, as well as local Iwate sake and wine.

Lover's Sacred Place Satellite Monument
Hanamaki Onsen has been selected as a ``lover's sacred place satellite'' as the perfect place for a marriage proposal. In front of the rose garden fountain, there is a monument containing the moonstone, known as ``the stone of lovers and the stone that conveys love.'' This is a recommended photo spot for couples.
Kenji Miyazawa Poetry Monument
A crystal poem monument near the fountain in the center of the rose garden. This is a poem written by Kenji Miyazawa when he was constructing the southern slope flower bed.

The sundial flower bed decorated with flowers was designed by Kenji Miyazawa, an agronomist and literary scholar from Hanamaki.

Hanamaki Onsen Inari Shrine
In 1920, the alter ego of Inari Shrine, which was enshrined at Morioka Bank, was transferred. It continues to be loved by the local people, with a naked pilgrimage on New Year's Day, annual festival, and annual prayer festival held every year.
Hakusan Shrine Dainichido
Commonly known as ``Hakusando,'' this shrine houses a wooden seated statue of Dainichi Nyorai, a designated tangible cultural property of Iwate Prefecture, and contains valuable materials that tell the story of regional development from the medieval period to the present day.
Oiwake Monument
This monument, which reads ``The right side of the mountain, the left side of the mountain,'' was built in the early Edo period at the junction of the mountain path and Yunosato. It is said to be the oldest stone monument in Hanamaki City.
Takifudoson
Immediately from the parking space on the left side of the road. As the 61st temple among the 88 sacred sites in Rikuchu, it stands quietly close to Ogasegataki Falls.
Hayama Shrine
It has been a place of prayer for the lords of Hanamaki Castle for generations, and it is said that when a person in the military register inherited a famous family, he or she would always visit here to pray for long and successful military fortune. The sacred water inside the shrine is famous.

After working up a sweat at the large golf practice range, relax in the hot springs.
Taiyaki
A rare porcelain kiln in Tohoku with a tradition of over 100 years. We also produce tableware for daily necessities, flower vases, and tea pottery. You can also try your hand at making pottery.
Hanamaki Onsen Cycling Road
A cycling course with a total length of 26 km from Hanamaki Onsen through Hanamaki City to the exhibition area in Kitakami City. You can enjoy the changing seasons.

Houraikan
There are facilities recommended for day-trip bathing, such as private hot spring baths and the public bath "Horaiyu."
Prefectural Hanamaki Regional Park Ginganomori
There is a prefectural golf course, tennis courts, children's plaza, and more, so the whole family can enjoy the large park.
Kamabuchi Falls
The area around Kamabuchi Falls, a nationally designated scenic spot of Ihatov, is a promenade where you can walk through the sunlight filtering through the trees.
Yuzuriha (Yuzuriha)
Yuzuriha produces young leaves in spring, and then the previous year's leaves fall off. This process is similar to parents raising children and continuing to do so from generation to generation, and is considered a lucky charm.

Blooms from May to June. It blooms discreetly on high branches. Many people don't even know that the flowers have bloomed, so people say things like, ``Those who see this flower will be happy...''
Matsushimaen
It was built over 300 years ago and was called the Ukishima Embankment at that time. In recent years, it has been reborn as ``Matsushimaen'' and has become a place of relaxation where waterfowl and other animals visit in the winter.

This hanging cherry tree has a history of 80 years.
Ogase Falls
Just below Taki Fudoson, you can see the pure flow.
Construction began in 1958 on the site where Nansha Kadan once stood.
It opened two years later in 1960.
Over 6,000 roses of approximately 450 different varieties decorate the garden with bright colors and rich fragrances throughout the year on a site of approximately 5,000 tsubo in area.
Some of the roses have been improved and certified as new varieties in our garden, and there is also a sundial flower bed designed by Kenji Miyazawa.

A coffee pot set using Nanbu ironware.
Nanbu ironware is said to be ideal for boiling water because it distributes heat evenly.
This set also comes with a tea strainer, so it can be used not only for coffee but also as a tea set. Available in four colors: black, red, green, and yellow, which are exclusive to Hanamaki Onsen.

This waterfall is located on the Tai River that flows through Hanamaki Onsen.
The sight of the clear stream splitting into many lines over a large rock 8.5m high and 30m wide and falling into the basin of the waterfall is exhilarating.
