Hanamaki Onsen Co., Ltd. was established in 1927 (Showa 2) when its founder, Kokushi Kindaichi, was obsessed with building a resort base for the Tohoku region in Hanamaki, saying, "I want Hanamaki to be the Takarazuka of Tohoku."
The company operates four hotels (Kashoen, Hotel Senshukaku, Hotel Hanamaki, and Hotel Koyokan) under one umbrella, as well as the largest rose garden in the Tohoku region.
We have overcome the various changes of the times and have continued to develop.
Based on the same philosophy that has remained since our founding, we promise our customers peace of mind and safety, and above all, we aim to help them feel fun and relaxed and create wonderful memories. Our company will soon celebrate its 100th anniversary. Guest Service Attendant (Multitasking)

At banquet halls and dining venues, serve guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures for overnight guests as a front receptionist, receive calls from guests during their stay, and relay requests to related departments. This is a job where you can be active in many ways, such as being in charge of hotline services.

Hospitality cook (cooking staff)

We offer food in a variety of styles, including buffets, weddings/parties, and restaurants. My job is to provide guests with the best time through dishes that incorporate Hanamaki Onsen hospitality.

Working conditions

We have a dormitory for singles and company housing on the premises of our office.
The single apartments (20 rooms in total) newly opened in January 2019 are equipped with Wi-Fi in all rooms.
It's within a 5-minute walk from the company, making it a comfortable commute.
As hotel and inn staff, we have a thorough system in place so that each person can live with peace of mind and physical condition.

Easy to commute to work as it is within walking distance! Wi-Fi in all rooms is also attractive!

Use of company facilities

You can enjoy overnight stays, day trips, weddings, restaurants, and shops at Hanamaki Onsen at discounted rates.
Additionally, you can use the rose garden and Horaiyu bathhouse in the basement of Hotel Hanamaki for free.
We also issue an "employee family certificate," which can be used under the same conditions by family members who hold the certificate.
